Does it HAVE to have a title?
I saw you standing in the hallway
You were grinning broadly
I was nervous
I turned my head to watch the progress
I turned back, and you startled me
I liked you then
We stood together
Our backs to the sun
We huddled
Our faces were together
We stopped, then walked away
We sat, we stared...woefully
We stood, you pulled me close
I LOVED YOU THEN!
I remember your face in the hallway
I remember your grin
I remember the look in your eyes..."gorgeous"
I thought..."silly boy, you must never have seen beauty"
I remember the Jabberwock, my friend
You sat there eating, and I respected you then
You traced the lines on the back of my ha
"When I look into your eyes, there's nothing there to see...."
-But a wide black hole
Feeding on your soul.
Did you have one before?
Then you surely fooled me.
You don't have eyes anymore
Just blank black sockets
Leeching on my life.
Your eyes were never there.
I saw the hair on the back of your head
Stand from all your fearfulness of me
For I am your greatest enemy,
The arch Nemesis.
I haunt your dreams don't I?
The weird disturbing ones you tell of?
The guilt that fills inside with every thought of me
Caused by every thought of you;
Heart for Heart and Blood for Blood - you die
Slowly, unreadily, you don't know it yet,
The Horse Chase
It was July, 1998. The sky was robin's egg blue, and a gentle breeze tripped across the atmosphere chasing thin clouds along like bumper cars. The two girls, Marian and Katie had gone down to Katie's barn to take a walk. They'd been best friends for years, and at age thirteen had made up names for each other. Marian was "Milo", and Katie was "Otis".
They strolled into the back pasture chatting about things that concern 13-year-olds, and saw a grey fuzzy thing laying several feet away from the big oak tree. Katie remembered the time when her father had found an injured Great Horned Owl in just about the same spot

Take me away, away from here
To where the crystal skies are clear
Or where there falls torrential rain
Upon a sunny summer plain.
Give me a hero, grand and strong
To rescue damsels the day long,
To challenge men by tip of lance
Or pull a sword with sturdy stance.
Give me a villain massive that
Could beat the hero's mission flat
Keeping him from a smooth glory
Oh what an exciting story!
Where e'er you go, I will follow
On the swift wings of a swallow
And if these things to me you give
To you I'll give a shelf to live.
A shelf which I'll dust everyday
And on your sides I'll plainly lay

Ode on "A Change of Season"
You tell the story of a little boy
Who walks alone out into the courtyard.
Alone, but for the weight of lead alloy
Sitting, and hooting there upon his arm.
The bird's soft feathers, quite as white as snow,
And in this courtyard perfectly she blends,
Her amber eyes stare up, out, and below,
He walks further and then his arm extends.
And in a rush of wings the weight is gone.
With the peace of winter, the boy looks on.
She's flying very high and soaring free
Among the rooftops and the Quidditch pitch.
And then the little boy begins to see
A change of season, coming, flying, which
Is brought about when

It is remarkable to think that one
Could seem to revolve their life around one.
One thing, one person miraculous who
By fate from our Lord was brought here to you.
The love that they lock inside of your heart
Stays strong but torments when you are apart.
Minutes turn to hours, the hours, days
Soon, your patience to yourself does amaze.
Honestly I am impatient myself
Truthfully though, I can wait, or else
I'd be torn apart, and risk losing you,
The utmost foolish mistake I could do.
So to you, dear, this confession I make:
(I hope this promise to you I ne'er break)
I want to stay with you, long as I live
And give to you joy only

So...big step. Actually, it's a small step, but it seems like a big one, only because I realized something last night that I did not realize before. Which is how it is possible that I realized it. Haha. I am now free to feel the way that I want to...and I am released of this pressure. Spelling Defeat is my realization embodied, with an attempt at a poetic style to put in into. I can sigh again....
